How to Use:
STERILIZE:
Disinfect the cup before every use by washing it and boiling it in water for 3–5 minutes (or use the Sirona Cup Sterilizer).
FOLD & HOLD:
With clean hands, fold the cup twice and hold it firmly between your thumb and forefinger.
INSERT:
Relax your body. Hold the cup at an angle (not straight up) and gently insert the curved edge into your vaginal opening.
REMOVE:
Wash your hands, pinch the base of the cup to release the vacuum, and gently pull it out by the stem.
CLEAN & STORE:
